Having been trained in a prohibition style bar in South London, Sovereign Loss, known for it’s classics and guest bartending shifts, his experience working with ambassadors and industry experts has taught him that cutting corners in any aspect of bartending has a negative effect on your drinks. As such, attention to detail and the never-ending battle for the perfect balance are at the forefront of his bar.
