Our second music brunch at Leman Locke, we’ll be joined by urban jazz and neosoul artist, Ruby Confue. Ruby Confue is an Urban Jazz vocalist playing a selection of disco, funk, jazz and neosoul covers and originals. Swindon born and London based, Ruby has been consistently working with Lighterthief Records. honing her cool and catchy sound, with live performances at festivals around the UK, Sofar Sounds and at many London venues. In 2019 Ruby beat off stiff competition to win the highly respected Coffee Music Project Singer-Songwriter Competition and travelled to New York to be featured at The NYC Coffee Festival that year. Expect first-class musicianship from Ruby’s trio and energies to make you groove.
